With these details I can estimate the effort involved and give you a reliable quote without having to come back to you several times with questions.
- Type of building and year of the building permit
- Number of residential units
- The measure you are planning or the question you want answered
- Ownership: owner-occupied home, rented property or homeowners' association (WEG)
- For homeowners' associations: the date of the next owners' meeting
- Your preferred time frame
If you already have quotes from contractors, building plans, thermal insulation calculations (Wärmeschutznachweis) or heating cost statements, please send them along. This shortens the processing time.

You receive a quote with the scope of services, fee and schedule, together with a note on the funding that may apply.

Site visit
Once commissioned, I survey the building. For homeowners' associations I arrange the date with the property manager.

Results
Handover and explanation of the results on site, followed by support with the application and implementation.
